Attractive house with water views/access, but zero privacy, House is flanked by cabins and other guests walk right up and around the house. Mattresses are very old and uncomfortable. Wifi was very slow and nearly useless. Plus side we could put our canoe in right there and the water was warmer than any of the beaches we went to. Kitchen is large and very nice with two sinks so two people can clean up after dinner - huge plus.

Someone was waiting there to welcome us and give us a quick tour and the keys. The home was everything promised, room for our large family and it was just lovely. The view was amazing, great morning walks. It felt like home.

This was perfect place for our family PEI vacation. The house is well maintained and tastefully decorated. Such a scenic, peaceful and relaxing location with a wonderful view of the river. Debbie and her husband were perfect hosts, making us feel welcome, checking to see we were comfortable and that we had what we needed. Thank you Debbie.

I have been managing Briarwood Inn, Cottages and Lodge for the past 19 years, it is a Mom and Pop operation my husband and I started in 1997. I am a high energy person, I like to keep busy. I also like meeting new people and love seeing return guests come back year after year.
