Very easy to find and get into the room, especially considering we got there in the middle of the night! Great room, nice and big. Easy to get to Manhattan. Perfect for our stay

The room is basic but clean, the shared bathroom can cause some delay in the morning. The communication of Fabio was excellent although we didn't meet him in person, maybe because we were out all day. The bed was good and clean towels were supplied. Wi-Fi was good after technical issues the first day. The nearby Noces is excellent for breakfast and coffee with very friendly staff, although the neighbourhood requires you to dust of your Spanish. The $3 express busses to port authority bus station are 5m away and our maximum waiting time during our 4 day stay was 30s (really!). Overall it excellent value for money for a basic room, close to Manhattan with cheap transport and good breakfast options nearby.

No frills, but a good value. Truly very convenient to reach via public transit, but also off the beaten track.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay while exploring New York city, I would recommend finding a place in Brooklyn instead of New Jersey/Union City. Since the only public transportation from UC to NYC is a private bus service (which was not includes on the MetroCard system) 3$ each way pr. person. Just to be clear, when buying the Unlimited Metrocard,( Which we highly recommend!), to all metro and local busses, this do not include the busses to New Jersey /UC. We never did meet Ana and Fabio and we wasn't told how many other people were staying in the house, which made the stay feel a little bit strange. The room was fine, but the location was not at all ideal!

It was a perfect stay for our adventure in NYC! Cozy room with fridge and AC and very easy connection to Manhattan Fabio always responded very quickly to all our questions. We will book the room again when we return!

The atmosphere is great and peaceful. All very clean and organized! The neighborhood is super quiet, I walked around 3:00AM when I returned from NYC with no problem. There is shuttle to NYC all the time, and in 10 minutes I was in Times Square. I recommend the space of Fabio and Ana for everyone who wants to know NYC!
