Can easily be shared by two families. Further description will follow soon
There is a smaller third house (15m2 - house) that will be locked. You will have the keys to it in case you for instance would need a tool or something else that are in there. But that is by way of exception. This house is mainly used for storage of our personal things and is therefore not meant to be used on a regular basis. However, all other houses (including a forth one - a 10m2 earth cellar/store) will of course be at full disposal.
Interaction with guests
We interact as much as our Guests want. We will not be present during our Guests' stay, but we will always be available on phone or mail for questions. In addition, one can always contact my sister across the street if one would need any assistance that is not possible to give other than in person.

Other things to note
The property is situated with a stunning view at the very front line of the Baltic sea, but it is also a village house. That means we have neighbors at both sides and a tarmac road passing by the house not far from the gate. The road is hidden by a thick and tall hedge of lilacs, but a times there can be some traffic going back and forth to the harbor restaurant and to the main beach of Katthammarsvik. We ourselves are never disturbed by this traffic, but in order to give our guests an as accurate description as possible, we want to mention it all the same.
Needless tho say, the apartment is very precious for us. We therefore hope and presume that our guests will treat it in the same manner as if it were their own. When it comes to cleaning, we furthermore expect the houses to be left in the shape as they were at arrival:)

We are a couple living in Old Town in Stockholm in the winter and in Katthammarsvik in Gotland in the summer. We work as Swedish teachers for immigrants half time. The other half time we work with projects of our own, such as a shoe-patent, water-color paintings, opera and social innovations. And - lucky us - there are also Thea (19), Samuel (15) and Stella (12) - and Dante (our non-allergenic dog). Elena is half Spanish and Jon has lived extensively in East Africa (so almost half African:) We all love to travel, and to meet new people from all around the world - especially harboring them as our cherished guests. So please feel welcome to our apartment in Stockholm and/or house in Gotland!
