1 Annfield is a seperately accessed private part of a well presented centrally located bungalow. Accessed via the beautiful back garden of the main house, it is set back from the road, has a private driveway with ample off street parking, and sits in a beautifully sunny spot. Lovely comfortable interiors. Galley style kitchen. Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster but NO oven or hob. Perfect for breakfast and a microwave meal or al fresco dining but you can't boil an egg or roast a chicken!

The space
Perfect for couples or friends and whilst has galley kitchen there is plenty of room to eat around the table in sitting room if needed. TV's in each bedroom and sitting room. Ideal for those looking for a base and keener on eating out but giving the option if you want to stay in . Lovely big bath!

The space
It is within a 10-minute walk to the city centre, which offers a full range of amenities including retail shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, post offices and rail and bus stations. In the Crown area itself within a five-minute walk are newsagents, a pharmacy, baker, boutique gift shop, delicatessen, dentist, hairdresser and hotels with lovely eating facilities.
The ground floor consists of a nice entrance with coat hanging space, generous sitting room with dining area, galley style kitchen including microwave, fridge, double bedroom, king sized bedroom, both with built in wardrobes with new beds and bed linen. All towels and bed linen are provided and more can be requested if required. The bathroom is relatively new and spacious and has a lovely big bath and heated towel rail.
Check in is with a lock box and ideally check in would be after 4pm daily and check out after 10am but this can be discussed at the time of booking to allow for flexibility if able to. An ideal property as a base for touring the Highlands, attending events, couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families.

There is free fast Wi-Fi for guests and full broadband package with Freeview and Netflix.

Guests have full access to the back garden , convenient free parking for up to two cars outside and access to the outside garden area. Seating can be provided if required.

Within Inverness you have the beautiful River Ness, Inverness Castle, St Andrews Cathedral, Eden Court Theatre, sports centres and much more. There is easy access to the A82 for visiting Loch Ness or travelling over to the west coast and Isle of Skye. For beach lovers Rosemarie beach and chanonry Point on the Black Isle are a 25-minute drive away or head east to Nairn, Findhorn or Roseisle beaches just a 45-minute drive away
Other things to note

Since covid, the hotel next door to the property has created an outside decking area for its residents which after the ease of restrictions from May 2021 given the nice weather and post lock behaviour it has on the occasional weekend night been audible. You cannot hear noise inside the property but if in the garden you may although tyou are set back. It is licenced until 10pm. Hopefully this is temporary, until social distancing inside is relaxed, but feel prudent to mention. Would rather be totally transparent.

During your stay

I always assume complete privacy and have a lock box for that reason. It is an adjoining house to my residence seperated by a locked door so I am here if needed but will try not to be to allow your privacy.
