The neighborhood is both quiet but in 5 minutes, either in Vincennes or Montreuil , we have all the shops, Monoprix, markets on Tuesdays, Fridays, Sundays, public art cinema and trial in Montreuil( 4 euros a place!), national theater, gym, swimming pool 5 minutes from the house, many cafes and restaurants, pedestrian streets, many shops with organic products. Our garden is a small oasis of greenery, you can only hear the birds!
