Amazing non-smoking condo unit with a balcony view of the mountains. Inside you have a king bed, 55"TV, open kitchen/dining area, rainfall shower, AC, safe, plus use of my 2 bikes, 2 locks/helmets, 3 beach chairs/2 umbrellas, cooler, tennis racquet/bag, stackable washer/dryer, yoga mat.
On the top floor enjoy the best panoramic view of the mountains and ocean from the Infinity pool, treadmills, indoor/outdoor lounge area, Located in Versalles you can walk to over 30 restuarants in 2-5 minutes

The space
When you arrive you will check in with security and then you take the elevator to the third floor to unit 307 (immediate right out of the elevator).
The condo has a bedroom devoted to a king size bed with built in closets. Your bedroom window has a 'night blind' and a 'day blind'. The bedroom leads right into the bathroom where you can enjoy a very generous rainfall shower.
The living/dining and kitchen is an open area with an island and two stools, 55 inch TV, comfortable couch, dining table and chairs

The kitchen has a gas range and oven, microwave and fridge. I have also included a toaster, kettle, coffee maker and blender.

Glass and two beautiful sliding glass doors and screens lead you to the balcony where you will enjoy two tables, two chairs and the hanging chair. Here you will enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains.

Lighting controls are linked to wifi you just have to press the panel either next to the front entrance and one by the couch. For example, one selection allows to turn off everything as you leave.

There is a safe in the kitchen cupboard.

Where you’ll be

Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico

The neighborhood is actually located in Versalles (despite the address description of Diaz Ordaz) and is now famous for dozens of new restuarants offering Greek, Italian, Japanese, organic eateries and of course many Mexican eateries.
In my condo unit, i have put together an 18 page information binder telling you almost everything you need to know about what to see and do in PV plus the contact for doing a Gastronomical restuarant tour in Versalles for 500 pesos.

New condo buildings and road improvements (removal of cobblestone roads) is making Versalles a great place to visit on vacation. Also, there are many new bicycle paths.

I am a world traveller having written two travel books called Europe on 84 Cents a Day (written for the adventurous minded student traveller). I actually hitch-hiked through Puerto Vallarta in 1976 from Canada to Panama. That was the year I attended the Patty Hearst trial in San Francisco! My other passion is tennis as I have won two National Canadian senior championships back in the '90s.
I have found Puerto Vallarta to be the perfect place to enjoy a short or long term vacation. And I purposely purchased this condo unit because it is central to many of the best areas of Puerto Vallarta including 3 tennis facilities all on Av. Francisco (about a 6 minute bike ride away).
