Enjoy a lovely day in Boston! Start with a yoga class at one of the local studios. Roam through the Boston Common and Public Gardens, then make your way downtown and explore the city. Do some shopping, visit the New England Aquarium, see a Red Sox game at Fenway Park, or go hear some live music at one of the many venues throughout Boston. Have a fabulous Italian meal in the North End! Whatever the day holds for you, coming home the the condo is easy and you will be able to relax and sleep well in this quiet neighborhood!

The location of this 2 bedroom condo is perfect as it is in the center of most of what Boston has to offer visitors: Historic Faneiul Hall Market, the North End, the Boston Garden, the Boston Common, the Charles River, Mass General Hospital, etc. etc. These are all a short, gorgeous walk from our 2 bedroom condo!

One thing people seem to appreciate the most is that we have a fantastic grocery store (Whole Foods) at the foot of the street which has an exceptional amount of fresh food so instead of having to eat every meal out (which is the case if you stay in a hotel), with our condo you have the choice of eating as many meals in as you want and therefore can save a fortune on meal costs!

If you are considering renting a hotel, it is worth noting that if your rent our condo you will be getting 2 bedrooms for the cost of one room in a hotel, and with us you get a kitchen and living room. What I am saying is that it is basically half the price of a hotel (the Liberty Hotel and also the Holiday Inn Hotel are right at the foot of our street and if you call them and ask about their rates you will see that you will spend half as much on our condo and also be able to eat in if you want).

Here are some key things you should know about our condo:

Fresh towels and linens are provided

The kitchen has pots, pans, silverware, dishwasher, fridge, etc.

There is a public parking garage right at the end of our short street!

Minimum rental period: 30 nights or more depending on period. All rentals begin on 1st of the month and end of the last day of a month unless preapproved by owner. All renters must sign a rental agreement which we are required to file with our building management as per condo rules.

Also, the condo is 3 flights up from the lobby and the historic building has winding stairs with no hand-rail - so please take this into consideration as you make your decision.

The total square feet is approximately 460 - meaning that the rooms are really small! Also know, though, they are charming and beautiful! Everything is very functional (for example each bedroom has its own generous hanging clothes closet) but just not overly spacious. Small rooms are common in Beacon Hill, as it is the most valuable and expensive part of Boston.

There is only one bathroom and it is small as well. On occasion, large guests have found it confining.

The streets in Beacon Hill are also very steep with brick sidewalks, so, as with the walk up, the area and condo are both suited for mobile people who don't mind climbing!

With gas-lit streets and brick sidewalks, Beacon Hill is the most charming neighborhood in all of Boston. Wandering through Beacon Hill is like stepping back in time to an age of elegance. Brick townhouses with beautifully groomed window-boxes line the streets that curve up and down the slope of the hill, and every few blocks is a small shop or dry cleaner.

There is a Whole Foods Market just down the street for convenient grocery shopping!

Charles St is right down the hill, and has many restaurants, cafes, and boutiques.

Beacon Hill is directly next to the Boston Common and Public Gardens, which are a true Boston highlight.
