This place was abnormally disappointing and overpriced for what is offered and not value for money!
Almost everything was very dirty and untended. We had to clean and wipe tables, drawers, surfaces and more ourselves to feel a bit comfortable. The Cleaning lady came every day and was friendly but was not really problem-solving but more disturbing. There were many doves in funnels and ledges.
Description is wrong and marginal. There is only one windowless main bedroom without air conditioning which is a walk-through room with an attached very small second sleeping room and attached small bathroom. No wardrobes, only one small chest of drawers which was full of junk and dirt.
One of us slept on the sofa bed in the living room because of the walk-through sleeping room.
Contrary to the ad there is only one bathroom with shower bath available and a small separate toilet in the corridor. Toilet bowl was disgusting, full of hairs and sprinkled with urine and other spots! Hot water is available only few, certain hours per day. Kitchen is only a small corner. Cutlery and crockery was very dirty, disgusting and unusable. We bought our own cups in a shop. Fridge is in the big sleeping room and full of dirt, rests of food and beverages of formerly guests.
Towels were not provided as announced in the ad. We had to ask for it and the manager bought one towel for each of us. We bought additional towels ourselves.
Rooms and furniture are old and run down.
For a low budget accommodation this all could be ignored but not for that high price we paid!
The manager offered us a small price reduction after our complaint and a late check-out.
Good things to be mentioned: free WLAN was provided even this was not announced. Good location in a quiet, small street, many shops and restaurants around, touristic area.
A rigorous cleaning, a precise description and price reduction is necessary to avoid disappointment of other guests!
