We had a wonderful stay with Lorraine and Andy and sweet Petzl. We had our own private apartment under their home that stayed nice and cool (a relief during this heatwave) and really cozy beds. The kitchen has all the "extra" stuff you could want (salt, pepper, coffee, etc) which was really appreciated. Andy also lent us some dvds to watch after a long day of sightseeing :) Our kind hosts also had lots of advice and ideas for what we could do during our stay and gave us lots of pamphlets and information to follow. Also, the wifi connection was very good. Their dog Petzl was adorable and got along fine with my dog, though they did not see each other much as it is wholly separate units. It was also easy to let my dog out to roam because it's far from any big roads and there's a huge field right under the window, so it was nice to not have to keep an eye on her 24/7 like I do in the city! Thank you so much, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone else looking for a secluded mountain home to relax in :)

Lorraine was a great host. She kindly arranged summer cards for everyone that gave access to a lot of local highlights and was accessible at all times. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay, thank you!

We absolutely loved the place. It had 4 beds with Anwar closet space and a couch. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom were completely functional. The mountain views for the apartment were more than impressive. Andy and Lorraine had a massive mound of equipment they let us use on loan. Most of all, the place was quiet and comfortable.

Lorraine and Andy were excellent hosts, their property is great and the views of the mountains from the apartment are stunning. The place is very spacious and comfortable, kitted out to a high standard with everything we needed. They made us feel very welcome, and went out of their way to suggest activities to keep us occupied for the duration of our stay. Their place is within easy reach of all the main attractions in the area, and I would particularly recommend a visit if you are into mountain sports, as they are both expert climbers, mountain bikers, skiers, etc., etc. You need not be into extreme sports though to enjoy it here because you can also catch cable cars up the mountains and take more leisurely walks around the area. I will definitely be coming back and spending more time here!
