First and foremost Jon is a great host, he is incredibly helpful. He immediately answered ours questions and was always kind and supportive. His lovely home is conveniently located with easy access to Edgartown Rd where you can head up island, Vineyard Haven, South Beach or Oak Bluffs. He is also minutes from the bike path which my daughter and I took advantage of every day. Finally, Jon's home has amazing amenities. We so enjoyed ourselves and hope to head back again next year. I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone seeking a rental on MV.

I would start by saying that the pictures don't do the place justice, particularly the exterior. This place was clean, spacious and extremely airy. The kitchen/dining/living room open concept made it great for hanging out, without being on top of each other. The location also worked for us too. Really central to everything and off of a main road, as well as the bike path. There were bikes and beach chairs available for use; we rode the bikes into town, but were also able to get to downtown Edgartown with no problem - literally a straight shot. The kitchen has all the amenities that you need to make this place feel like a home away from home.

We LOVED staying here! The photos of Jon's house do not do it any justice. The space is massive, with an airy kitchen, dining room and living room--all seamlessly connected, making it a great home for a group trip. The patio outside was also lovely. The decor is charming and welcoming. It definitely feels like a bed & breakfast, and not like a rented home. The three upstairs bedrooms were spacious and accommodating for everyone in our group. And the home came stocked with everything we needed. It was also nice to stay in Edgartown as opposed to Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven. The neighborhood was quiet, and tucked away from the busyness of July 4th weekend festivities. We appreciated that we could taxi into town for meals and nightlife, but also enjoy down time in our quiet little oasis. While it's advertised that there are 2.5 bathrooms (2 full bathrooms upstairs and a 1/2 bath downstairs), there's actually an outdoor shower that is *amazing* after early morning runs or returning from a long hot day at the beach. We made use of it a couple of times, essentially giving us 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals each day. We also made use of the washer/dryer after beach trips and morning runs. The *only* downside was that it got quite warm most days while we were there, and we never figured out how to use the A/C. So, we stuck with open windows and ceiling fans. For the most part, it was okay... but it could get toasty from time to time. Overall, though, we'd book here again for sure. We loved every moment of our trip!

Jon was very easy to work with on this rental, and we were surprised with how large the rooms were and how many beds abounded in the house. This family of 7 was very comfortable. The house and property were both very clean on arrival, and there was a large deck with a dining table and umbrella for the family to enjoy breakfast and afternoon cocktails on the porch.
