Check in was painless and easy. The on site front desk gent was polite and helpful. The location and setting is fine although the entire group of condos seemed empty and a little odd in terms of the few people we ran into.
The most unfortunate
The room is way over priced for the furnishings and (lack of ) amenities. The fridge made a horrific sound from the moment it was plugged in. I made a video to record the sound it was so disturbing. Once we unplugged the fridge, we had a modicum of peace. The soap and shampoo were the lowest grade I've ever had,i.e. no suds, no scent. For a room with this fee, it was embarrassing given the quality. I've stayed at Best westerns with better bathroom products and that's a pretty low bar.
There were no coffee filters or coffee or even the most basic welcome items. And lastly, whoever thought hanging a towel rack over the toilet paper holder was a sound idea? I hate to sound so picky but if you can imagine showering, hanging your towel, and then coming back to have soggy moist toilet paper you'll realize I'm not a diva, but just an observer who looks at design choices and wonders how did something so simple get so screwed up.
