The room is equivalent to the price. The internet is good and the bathroom too. There is a very convenient kitchen for guests to prepare fast food. Mary is very attentive and quick in her responses. The city of Washington is beautiful and full of gardens and great museums. I would certainly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful home with affordable pricing about a mile away from all the sites! Mary will keep in touch and respond back very quickly if anything is needed. I appreciated the information for getting around and she has a personality that one cant help but love! She does a great job, The house was clean and we enjoyed the fresh fruit, juices, breads, and such that she provided for breakfast.

I loved staying at Mary's. Loved the room - spacious and comfortable - kitchenette - self-contained and really handy - own bathroom, the house and the neighbourhood. The free street car down to Union Station made getting to and from the National Mall and metro area really easy. Plenty of restaurants and food nearby and stores for grocery supplies too. Everything went smoothly from the time of booking to checking out. Mary is a wonderful host, providing warm and friendly hospitality, helpful advice on the area and transport and a lovely place to stay. It helped make my stay in DC a really positive experience. Thank you Mary :)

Very clean place with very easy access to all important places in the capitol area. You could either walk or take free streetcar to union station for any other transport link. Mary is extremely helpful and available for any advice you need about area. I had no disturbance from from other persons stayed in other room in upstairs at all. I would love to come back and stay in Mary's place if I returned to Washington in future.

I very much enjoyed my time at Mary's pitoresque and well kept home in one of DC's historique and quiet neighborhoods. Nearby up-and-coming H Street where the free streetcar runs is said to still be a bit rough in some areas especially at night, but I always feel safe.
