The GPS coordinates were way off for us, if you wanna get to the cabin, turn into the road that goes to Husavik airport and then right when you’re almost to the airport, there’s a path that takes you down to a bunch of cabins. We spent an hour trying to find this place because the directions given were unclear. The cabin itself was fine except for the bathroom, it was extremely small and there was barely any space to move or put your stuff. The lack of towels and linens wasn’t great and the fact that we had to clean the cabin ourselves was annoying. There was a bunch of entertainment like board games and DVDs which was nice if you’re into that. The biggest letdown was lack of essentials and really small bathroom.

Cozy, comfortable and clean! Large collection of DVDs was a bonus! We enjoyed our stay in husavik!

We enjoyed our time in this little cabin, the place was really nice, clean and really well located to see the northern lights. It wasn't very difficult to locate thanks to the video that the host sent us. The host was very friendly and communication was good. She assisted with every question we had and gave us the option to rent our bed linens and towels for a small fee and we picked them up in Reykjavik. The cabin had all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.

Close to Husavik but out of the city. Very convenient a nice clean place to call home for a couple days.

It's a beautiful place with a big porch and nice kitchen. The place was a bit small for 6 people with luggage. We saw the aurora beautifully thanks to the remote location. If you decide to come make sure that you wake up early and clean the cabin for the next people.
