I always try my best and hardest to satisfy all of my guests. This feedback is vindictive. I received this negative review simply because I did not agree to let the guest use the second booked night at another time or give him a partial refund. This review is not accurate. Please read all my other reviews for an accurate description.
I contacted the guest via AirBNB app the day before arrival requesting ETA, there was no response. I called the next morning, I was informed that he was on the way and provided me with and ETA. A few hours later I received a text message, he couldn't find the house. I tried to reach him via text and call for about two hours. He was unreachable. He finally called me back to tell me he was at Bushkill Falls and he will be arriving in two hours. When they guests arrived, I showed them the common areas and then headed to the room and I gave them the WiFi access.
The privacy of my guest is very important to me, therefore I gave them their own space and at the same time I am available to help if needed. The next day it was raining, Ravi asked me that if he could used the second night that was booked at another time since it was wet and he wouldn't be able to do any outdoor activities? I told him would be able to do that. And then he told me that he was going to NYC and he probably would not be back for the second night. That was the last time I saw them.
As far as cell phone, this is a rural area, if you have service from Verizon, AT&T or Sprint you are guaranteed to have coverage.
