A private house located at the Beaver Creek resort in Colorado, this well-appointed house sits on the 17th hole of the Country Club of The Rockies. Sleeps 17, 6 bedrooms, free ski shuttle to mnt in 5 min.
A great location - close to all the sites and shops but also within our gated community, we have a very private lot. The privacy is great for using the hot tub and watching fireworks on the 4th but allows for ample space for cars of visitors. The main level of the house features the master bedroom, eating areas, living room and a den. Upstairs are two private bedrooms with en suite baths. The second level is great for families, as each room sleeps 4 people and has ample closet space. The lower level has two kids rooms and an entertainment room. Pool table, Wii, card table and games make this a great gathering place.
The house is truly a private residence, with high-end furniture, art work and amenities. A full chef’s kitchen, game room and private out door hot tub awaits you. Fully appointed kitchen allows you to prepare a holiday dinner or sit back and relax for a catered meal.
This is a great house for multiple families; three ample bedrooms with en suite baths and a lower level for kids. A den converts to a bedroom with an attached full bath for extra space.
Interaction with guests
No interaction with Guests. Will not be in residence at time of stay. We do have a local Property maanger to assist in any requests.
Other things to note
My family bought this house back in 2004 after skiing in Colorado for over 35 years. It was planned as a winter house for the patriarchs and to serve as the holiday gathering place for the extended family. It was never intended as a rental. The house was designed by my mother, an interior designer, as her and my father’s retirement home. After many years of living and enjoying the property, the homeowners have moved onto a retirement community better suited for their health and living style. We have elected to share this private family home for rentals when our family is not using it. Our family has very much enjoyed this house with babies growing up in it and spending their first Christmas here.
We require a signed rental agreement.1.Smoking is allowed outside only and guests must use ashtrays.
2.People other than those in the Primary Renter party set forth above may not stay overnight in the Property. Any other person in the Property staying as a guest is the sole responsibility of Primary Renter.
3.The Property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Property or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Primary Renter or any guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property or others whom they invite to use the Property.
4.Primary Renter and all guests shall take good care of the Property, all appliances and furniture and will maintain the Property in a neat, clean and sanitary condition and free from pests and rodents. Primary Renter and all guests will not remove any of items from Property and will not perform any repairs or other alterations to the Property. Primary Renter and all guests shall not remove, disconnect or intentionally damage a smoke detector or remove the battery without immediately replacing it with a working one.
5.In case of malfunction of utilities or damage by fire, water, or similar cause, or injuries, accidents or property damage occurring in the Property, Primary Renter must notify Homeowners immediately. In case of malfunction of air conditioning other equipment failure, water leaks, electrical problems, carpet holes, broken glass, and any condition which you reasonably believe poses a hazard to health or safety.
6.Primary Renter must notify Homeowners as soon as possible. Pets are NOT allowed in the Property under any circumstances.
7.Parking: Parking is limited to 6 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway and garage only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9.Hot Tub: No children under the age of 12 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our maintenance refills and replenishes chemicals in the tubs weekly. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. The temperature of the hot tub should not be set above 103 degrees. Take care to not splash water on the perimeter of the tub, this breaks the seals of the hot tub. Be aware the hot tub is outdoors and wildlife may be resent. Please be cautious.
10.Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. Fireplaces are turned off from the switch located to the right; the doors must remain ajar when the fireplace is in operation.
11.Water Cop System: The Water Cop system has been put in place to defend against water leaks. Under each point of water service is a two-pronged device. If these devices become wet or moist with condensation, the main water system will be shut off to the house. To reactivate the water, locate the site of the activated alarm, dry off the prongs and enter the utility room in the basement and start the water system again. The use of exhaust fans in the bathroom will help prevent the condensation from activating the system.
12.Weather Conditions: No refunds will be given for weather conditions. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Roads are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not provide refunds due to road conditions, traffic or lack of snow or desired weather conditions.
13. Primary Renter: The Primary Renter of this Property must be 25 year of age or older.
14. House Security: Primary Renter shall maintain the security of the home and its contents. Upon departure of the house, please ensure all doors are locked and the garage door is down. If the garage door is left open, the pipes may freeze and cause significant damage to the house and wildlife may also enter the Property.
15. Trash and Recycling: Trash removal is every Tuesday morning and every other week for recycling. Due to holidays and other schedule changes, these days may change. The schedule can be found at: (URL HIDDEN) Recycling details can be found here: (URL HIDDEN) Trash and recycling bins must be taken out in the morning and brought back into the garage at the end of the day. No trash is to be stored outside by ordinance. It attracts wildlife. Fines will be incurred if this is violated.
