Historic two bedroom, one bathroom carriage house, located in Logan Circle/Shaw neighborhood.
Great location for sightseeing as well as business visits with close proximity to downtown. The unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The space

Our carriage house is a separate fully renovated 2 story unit behind our 1800's built historic home. Both bedrooms are on the second floor of the carriage house. Each bedroom has plenty of space for storage and space to move around. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The couch downstairs converts to a full bed if necessary.

This is the perfect place to enjoy the city, both personal as for business trips. Nice and quit, clean and modern build and close to just about everything. Highly recommended.

This carriage house was a great alternative for a colleague of mine and I to stay instead of the pricey hotels during our conference. It was a great size for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home, and the kitchen was perfect for us to store some groceries and cook. The area is nice and walkable to many destinations. I highly recommend Travis's carriage house when visiting D.C.

Such a great place in such an awesome location. So convenient to the convention center and various eateries and places to see. The historic alleys were awesome, thanks for the advice to explore them. This is the only place I'll ever stay in DC again (if it's available!). While I was on business this time, I wouldn't hesitate to come back with my family. Truly a great, clean, and private place!

This is the nicest AirBnB I have ever stayed in in any country (Italy, Japan, Canada, Uruguay, the U.S.). It is even better than the pictures! And is perfectly located--close to everything but in a quiet, historic residential area!

Only positive items to convey: - Private location - Photos are accurate* - Easy access on arrival - Working wifi with good speed - Off street parking a major plus** - Good selection of channels on TV - Clean and neat, ready for us to move in - Travis is extremely responsive to issues*** - Excellent micro location, close to metro, grocery and restaurants - Excellent macro location, just a few metro stops from most things - 30 - 45 minutes from the door to just about anything in the Mall area. * In the text it says one bedroom has two twin beds, but the photos show them pushed together to form a larger bed. Either is an option. We used them as twins for our kids - just be aware the text is correct even though you can't see it in the photos. ** If staying local to DC a car really isn't needed. The metro is close and most interesting things to see/do don't have parking anyway. But if you do need a car having a spot to park is awesome. *** We had one mechanical issue during our stay - not a ding at all, things happen - it's how the host responds that's important - and within minutes of reporting it he arrived to investigate and not long after returned with a solution.
