REGLAS OBLIGATORIAS PARA HUÉSPEDES:

El CLIENTE, sus acompañantes y visitantes, que accedan a la propiedad bajo su autorización, quedan obligados a:
1. Conservar la vivienda en perfecto estado durante el plazo de duración del contrato, expuesta en la Cláusula Segunda, siendo responsable directo de cualquier daño y/o alteración en la misma.
2. Respetar las horas de descanso de la comunidad de propietarios a la que pertenece la propiedad que son de 22H a 10H, así como las horas de descanso después del almuerzo.
3. Devolver la vivienda en perfecto estado de limpieza y orden en el momento de salida, cuyo incumplimiento conllevará la pérdida automática de 150€ de su fianza en concepto de orden y limpieza:
- Cocina limpia, sin vajilla sucia alguna, ni basura en ésta o cualquier otra estancia o exterior de la vivienda.
- Habitaciones y zonas comunes con mobiliario y elementos de decoración en sus respectivas sitios originales.
- Ropa de hogar (sábanas y toallas) en su dormitorio y/o cuarto de baño.
- No permitir ningún tipo de reunión de personas que exceda el límite de ocupantes indicado en la reserva. Así mismo, queda expresamente prohibido cualquier tipo de fiesta. En caso de quejas de vecinos relativas a música elevada, o la realización de fiestas en la propiedad o en caso de que haya sido necesario llamar a la Policía, HOMINGBOOK se reserva el derecho de desalojar dicho inmueble de manera inmediata. En dicho caso, el CLIENTE no tendrá derecho a la devolución de ninguna cantidad abonada en concepto de renta, ni de fianza o depósito.
- Tirar la basura en los contenedores ubicados fuera de la casa.
4. No entrar ni llevar mascotas de ningún tipo en aquel las propiedades es catalogados de “no mascotas”.
5. HOMINGBOOK no se hace responsable de la inoperatividad de la línea de internet de alta velocidad.
6. El CLIENTE será directamente responsable de:
- Pérdida, robo o deterioro de los objetos personales de los propios CLIENTES, acompañantes o visitantes de éstos.
- Daños que puedan ocasionarse a personas o cosas, derivados de instalaciones para servicios y suministros de la vivienda arrendada.
- Vigilancia a menores en la piscina , así como jardines y resto de la vivienda.
7. HOMINGBOOK no se hace responsable de reemplazar el menaje o textil de cocina, bombillas que faltara en el momento de entrada en la propiedad, una vez transcurridos 7 días desde la fecha de entrada.
8. El CLIENTE consiente que HOMINGBOOK realice con cargo a la fianza 100€ por cada juego de llaves no devueltas y 100€ por cada mando de garaje no devuelto.

MANDATORY GUESTS RULES:

The GUESTS and the rest of visitors who access to the property under his/her authorization, must respect the following mandatory rules:

Maintain the house and the indoor/outdoor furniture in perfect conditions during the rental time, showed in the Second Point of this current contract, being direct responsible of any damage or alteration on it.
Respect the rest times of the neighbors community between 10PM and 9AM.

Return the house in cleaned and tidy at the departure time. In other case, the GUEST will lose 250€ as “tidy and extra cleaning service” concept.

Tidy and cleaned Kitchen, without dirty dishes nor rubbish at this or any other place of the house.

Bedroom and other rooms with their furniture and decoration elements in their original places.

Bedlinen and towels in the right place in the bedroom and bathroom.

No parties or meetings are allowed at the property whenever excess the maximum capacity of the house, indicated on the reservation. If there were a warn from the neighbors about loud music or indecent conducts, or the Police would be needed to come to the property, the PROPERTY OWNER has the right to break the contact at any time. In that case, the GUEST won´t have the deposit refund and must leave the house without receiving the rest of the money of the non-stay days.
Throw the rubbish in the bins/containers located outside the building, on the street, after 8PM.
The PROPERTY OWNER is not responsible of the good work of the WI-FI.

The GUEST is directly responsible of:
Lost, stealing or damaged of the GUEST/VISITORS personal belongings
The GUEST is responsible for any kind of damages in the property and its accessories. The GUEST will keep the property in perfect conditions during the stay.
Watch the the children in the pool, gardens and the rest of the house.

The GUEST accept the PROPERTY OWNER will charge the GUEST with 100€ from the deposit for each keys non-returned by the guests, and another 100€ for each garage key non-returned.

Great host, came right over if we had any issues and even went out and bought us a cork screw! Great large space for all the family, could maybe do with a bit of modernising. Location was good, 10 minutes walk to the beach and ten minute bus or taxi to Malaga City central. Thank you for a great stay!

All correspondence was responded to promptly. We were met on a arrival by Javier who was very pleasant and helpful. The house is very large and clean with lovely pool and sun terrace. It is situated 10 minutes from the beach and promenade, and a hours walk from the centre of Malaga, but the bus is handy and taxis' are not very expensive. The only problem we had was only two of the bedrooms had air conditioning, the others had fans but were quite warm. Also we arrived Sunday evening and the shops were shut, so a "welcome pack" would have been useful. We did however really enjoy our stay and we were so comfortable at the house we didn't feel the need to leave very often. Hopefully I will return with family again.

Went to Malaga for a girls holiday, the location was brilliant, lovely area close enough to shops and bars etc and the beach and only a 20min very easy bus journey into town. Villa was huge - plenty of room for us all and lots of bathrooms. We used the BBQ which was lovely, and the pool was nice although a little shady until midday but with the beach a 5min walk away it wasn't a problem! Felt like we could contact the host about anything - a very nice chap indeed and willing to help out with any issues we might have had. Would really recommend this brilliant find!
