Stroll up the street into our quaint downtown village with a variety of boutique shops, several world-class restaurants, a cozy wine and cheese bar, a local playhouse, a retro candy store, and a farmer’s market every Sunday morning.

Stroll down the street and explore the beautiful beaches, the pier, beach running trail, and seaside parks. Or just stay in the condo to enjoy a relaxing day with a steady ocean breeze and quiet evenings with stunning sunsets.

The area near the pier (2 min walk) has just about everything you might need in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, great coffee, and treats. You can also jump on the free San Clemente hop-on hop-off trolley here to ride up the hill to the Avenida Del Mar downtown village, shops, restaurants, outlet malls, and a farmer's market.

Located in the San Clemente Pier Bowl which is like a small Spanish walking village with small cafes, a great coffee shop, ice cream, convenience store, two great restaurants, a waterfront park, and a beach walking trail. You could easily get by without using your car once during your stay.
