This apartment is within easy walking distance of Princes Street. It can accommodate up to 3 guests in 1 double room and a sofa bed in the living room.

The space

The apartment, which sleeps up to 3 guests, is on the first floor of the building. The rear facing bedroom overlooks a leafy garden, whilst the living room faces the top of the infamous Leith Walk. It has been cosily decorated throughout and furnished with a mix of vintage furniture, antique wall hangings and modern appliances. The living-room boasts two leather couches, as well as a small sofa bed, and has a decorative fireplace as well as a fold-able table with chairs for dining use. The owner of the apartment has provided a large flat screen TV, DVD player as well as Wifi. The kitchen includes an original Belfast sink, and a small table with two chairs beside a window where guests can while a morning away with a cup of coffee. It has been equipped with an oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a kettle, toaster and coffee maker as well as a good selection of cookware, china, cutlery and glass.

Linen and one set of towels per guest are provided and you will find a starter pack of basic household items to tide you over your first day or two.

Guest access

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment.

Interaction with guests

We meet all our guests at the apartment until 6pm, after 6, they are able to pick up keys from a key safe close to the property. We are available by telephone 7 days a week to help with any problems that our visitors may encounter.

Other things to note

Normal arrival time is from 3pm but we can often allow you to drop off luggage earlier than this. Normal departure by 11am - though can be later by arrangement. Arrivals after 6pm are requested to collect keys from a central location on their way to the apartment.
Please note that during August and at Hogmanay there is a minimum 3 night stay.

Location is good. Easy to find. Walkable to all major attractions. Nearby restaurants. Windows facing the street that good to have daylight and very quiet.

We had a great stay at Annabel's place. Location was perfect for us, just a short walk into the centre to see all of the sights, and very close to the Playhouse theatre that we also visited. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, kitchen had all of the amenities you could need for your stay and bed was comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Only thing I would say is that their could do with a light in the lower part of the communal stairwell as it is very dark, bit that is a very small gripe on what was a great stay.

This apartment was absolutely incredible. It appeared exactly as seen in the listing. The neighborhood is really cute and is within walking distance of everything. The host was extremely helpful with all of our questions, especially regarding transportation to and from the airport. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Two friends and I went to Edinburgh to attend new year party. We stayed this flat for three nights. The flat is very clean as it shown in the pictures. The location is great, just few minutes to the central street. Would certainly stay again. Thank you.

We had a great stay at Anabel's quirky little flat, only problem is that we could not stay longer. The apartment was very clean, relaxing and had everything we needed in a very central location. We arrived very late in the evening which was not a problem as we were able to pick up the flat keys close by. Would certainly stay again. Thank you.

Me and my girlfriend both really enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights. It was perfect. Great location, just a short walk from the new town and plenty of stuff to do nearby. The apartment was lovely and bigger than we expected; plenty of room for 2 people. Would definitely stay again.
