Located in the heart of Rodney Bay is PÀRIS Villas - our Modern, Miami-style 5 bedroom villa suited as the perfect staycation for couples, groups and high end clientele looking for a private luxury stay experience. The design is simple yet eye pleasing treating you with custom lighting, well accented furniture and a peaceful outdoor balcony. Being minutes away from the most popular beaches, restaurants, shopping and nightlife makes our location a Prime Location.

The space
Experience unparalleled luxury and modern elegance at this stunning waterfront loft. Sitting on the top floor of our building, it boasts a chic, modern aesthetic. The space features five king-size bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower and toilet. The master suite is a true sanctuary, complete with a spacious, spa-inspired shower. Custom purple lighting throughout the loft sets the perfect ambiance for any occasion, while a private balcony offers breathtaking views of the marina and the spectacular sunset.

For entertainment, the loft boasts a luxury pool table, perfect for hours of friendly competition. Step outside and immerse yourself in the ultimate outdoor oasis, featuring a newly built 40-foot custom lighting pool and a massive turf space. Please keep in mind the outdoor space is shared with other Paris Villas guests, so please be respectful and mindful of their presence.

Situated in the heart of the city, this luxurious loft is just a short walk from an array of world-class restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and nightlife. It is also conveniently located steps away from one of the island's most popular beaches, Reduit Beach. And for those who love to stay active, a fully-equipped gym and additional 1-bedroom aesthetic suites are currently under construction and will be soon available for the guests. This is the perfect staycation for families or those looking for a place to never want to leave.
