It has private pool and is ideal to rent in all the seasons of the year.
It is located near the sea and the mountain. Cleaning fee and tourist tax is charged in cash when delivery the keys.

Second floor one double room with terrace and beautil wiews of the vilage and another room with two beds. A bathroom with shower.

Immaculate and stylish house with superb views over the centre of Sineu. An excellent AV system. We didn't use the TV but had brought an iPod cable to connect to the system which sounded great. Comfy beds. Easy walking distance to local supermarkets and restaurants. As has been mentioned in other reviews the only downside was the presence of mosquitos, most likely from the overgrown vacant property next door. Beautifully quiet though. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Apartment was beautiful and matched the photos and description Beware the hidden cleaning charge of c€90 in the detailed description - it didn't appear on the final bill before we booked and we were surprised when we were asked to pay it after we had committed at a lower price There also seems to be an issue with mosquitos - we had to buy adaptor plugs to get rid of them in the house. All our our party were bitten within 2 hours of arriving and we killed about 10 of them during this time Otherwise a good stay - lovely big bowl of fresh fruit left for us and good instructions for the local supermarket and restaurants. Sineu is a nice town away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist trail. A few nice restaurants and bars in town and is pleasant to walk around

A place that really is much bigger than in the photos. You'd happily fit a family of four in here. The location is great, off a quiet side street in Sineu with plenty of parking just around the corner from the property. As others mentioned, you get some noise from the train but it is definitely not disruptive. Everything in the property is new, and well equipped in terms of technology too with a good speaker system and big tv in the lounge. a/c in every room is a blessing too. The views of the town from the upstairs and downstairs balcony are great, especially in sunset. Biggest problems were mosquitos. The garden of the property next door as been left to run wild, and water must be pooling there because we couldn't go outside without getting attacked by lots of mosquitos. And when I mean lots I mean lots... the property is fabulous inside, but if you are dreaming of dinner outside and lounging by the pool in the evening - if it's rained in the last few weeks think again. The property also missed out some basics like a chopping board and chopping knives, or somewhere to store the recycling (it can't be stored outside because of all the ants from the property next door). It could also have come with beach towels which would have made life better. The team at Rosemar were great though and always responded quickly to questions. Would we stay here again? Definitely. With a few extra touches it could be even better!

A lovely apartment that blends a contemporary feel into a traditional townhouse. The host was brilliant and communicated well. Sineu is lovely with great restaurants, a brilliant market on Wednesdays, all amenities close at hand, a truly "Spanish feel" and an easy train ride into Palma. I was mainly cycling and, for that, actually preferred it to both Deia and Porta Pollenca. You've got the option for some flatter rides and, being centrally located, can explore other parts of the island, such as Puig de Randa, which I hadn't ridden before. Plus you've got the velodrome and a brilliant bike shop just around the corner.

Beautiful, stylish house in Central Sineu, close to shops and restaurants, and also the train station. The decor is modern and clean, the wi-fi works well, and there is air-con in all the rooms. We spent most days on local beaches which are 20-40mins away, or just lazing by the pool on the terrace. Highly recommended!

The apartment is for two people a dream: two floors, the terrace with pool for cooling and splashing, sufficient sunbathing, shade, a second terrace from the bedroom, air conditioning, a shower room and a guest toilet, a large kitchen with dining table and chairs. There is no German television. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Unfortunately, only a few meters from the apartment is the tram. The noise was only a short time, in combination with the entrance flight of the airport could disturb the noise sensitive people. A parking lot right at the foot of the terrace is very comfortable, because the parking search is no longer necessary. There is also a biomarket with fruit / vegetables / small refrigeration and bread within walking distance (200 m) as well as a small supermarket 300m away. Sineu itself has a nice selection of restaurants. All in all, we can highly recommend the apartment and Rosmar as host.

This was a great place in the heart of Mallorca... An excellent location for exploring the island. We wre met by very friendly Toni on arrival. The place was even more spacious than the photos suggested. Huge bed, lovely little pool, lots of outside space and a view over the town. Check out the Wednesday market in Sineu
