Great location, clean with a great host. Upon showing up a bit early, Flavia gave me many tips for nice places to eat while my room was getting cleaned. The room has Wi-Fi, although the signal is a bit weak, but workable. Also, some food is provided like coffee, cereal and some commercial pastries. Great to get a early start. Everything is accessible by foot or buses if you want to go fast to the big sites. I highly suggest getting the Roma Pass if you intend to visit the Coliseum and Castel Sant'Angelo. Also, to cut the line at the Vatican museum, buy your ticket online.

I didn't get to meet Flavia but her mom did her best to communicate and coordinate with me. The space itself was great with a really big and comfortable bed. It was nice to have breakfast staples as well as a bit of surprising help from a magical fairy straightening up the dishes and space while I was out everyday. Awesome location!

Great location basically next to the pantheon with lots of nice restaurants close by as well as a big gelato shop down next door.

First time traveling to Rome, and we fell in love with the city. Flavias bed and breakfast is in a great location. Literally a 5 minute walk from the Pantheon, and a 25 min walk from the Colloseum or Trevi Fountain. Also a half hour from the Vatican, where we were fortunate enough to see the Pope! And our favorite restaurants, Old Bear and Lost Food Factory are 5 min away too. The area can get a bit lively, but there is A/C in the room should u want the windows closed. Flavia was very helpful. She met us at check in and gave us great advice and suggestions. The room itself has a great bed, very comfortable. The bathroom has a nice big sink, and a small, but well working shower where the water trickles down your back like a mighty waterfall on a beautiful October afternoon. All in all my gf and I had a wonderful time staying in Dantes Hell!!!

Flavia's place was welcoming and cosy. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. It is up several flights of stairs, but there is a handy elevator. Flavia was very helpful during check in and gave useful information about the city. The location was great- very close to key sights in the city. The only downside was the noise- the city doesn't sleep until very late! I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful spot. Just blocks from Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Right in the heart of many of Rome's most amazing sights. If you do take a cab / uber, I recommend walking a couple blocks to a major street for drop-off / pick-up, to avoid the masses of people crowding the smaller streets near the sights.
