Mokko is a great persona and a good host. He knows a lot from the plants and it was nice to walk around his garden while he told many different facts. Beatiful river and sounds of the nature are magical! Relaxing place and it was also nice to eat food Mokko cooked on the fire. Just an great experience in Jamaica! Thanks to Mokko and his family!

One of the best true real experiences in Jamaica, Mokko is a great host and knows a lot about the plants and foods in the area. This is the place to relax and enjoy some the best Ital foods, prepared fresh right in the jungle. Big ups and thanks!

Rasta Mokko himself, his family and the place is awesome. It's secluded in a rural village, so not so much to do, just enjoy the nature, walk around, take a bath in the river , go out for a domino game in the night and listen to Rasta Mokko's many many stories or ask him about farming and healing herbs. That's real Jamaica, not the all-inclusives in negril etc... Rasta Mokko is brewing you best coffee around the island, growing in his yard and is cooking delicious food with mostly fruits and vegetables growing on his farm. Don't miss this! But be aware that there is sometimes no water for some hours (depending on season?), bad phone service and if you need a mosquito net bring it by your own. Last to mention: there are the most comfortable mattresses around the island!

Mokko said Hannah was a great guest, super chill and respectful! Yes the yard is def a place to relax and unwind....depending on the season sometimes there are bugs so its a good idea to bring a net, or you can buy a mosquito coil at the shop. Thanks so much for having an open mind and enjoying your time on the yard! bless up, Matthew

Matt Pancer is a good host. He answered all queries concerning my upcoming trip to Sunning Hill, Jamaica. He accurately described the accommodations and the unique cultural experience in a beautiful, albeit, primitively setting. Tasty and healthy meals prepared over a wood fire, drinking "bush tea", and consuming the many varieties of fresh fruits and fruit juices (soursop and jackfruit were standouts) will be memories I shall never forget. Truly one of the absolute best travel vacations of my life! Thank you, Matthew

Response from Matt:
Thank you Robert! I manage this AirBnB for Rasta Mokko as he does not have wifi on the yard. I'm very happy you enjoyed your stay and had an open mind to this kind of cultural experience. It's not for everyone, but for those that want a real unique trip and can handle the simple accomodations should have a similar experience. Robert was super easy going and a pleasure to have on the yard, the family spoke highly of having him as a guest. Bless up!

Bless!
