Interaction with guests
WHO WE ARE?
We have personal treatment with all our guests. Actually we are a family of 3, the mom (interior designer) and 2 sons, Román and Miguel, of 21 and 23, (Aerospace Engineering student and Auditor). Usually Miguel and Román answer your inquiries through the chat when it's in English, (as they speak it quite better than me) and I answer them when it's in French. We are helped by other staff, like cleaning (Ani and Danny) and technical repairs personnel.
One of us (Ana, Miguel or Román) will check you in the apartment and give you the keys. Before we will ask you your arrival flight time and arrange the meeting. We will also ask you to give us a call or text us when you are heading the apartment.
You can always ask us whatever your concerns are, like restaurant recommendations, how to plan a journey, what to see in Barcelona or which clubs are the coolest. We'll try to make our best to satisfy your needs!

As the apartment is located in a residential building, where lives other local people and families, respect is required for them.
-Important: to keep silence after 11:00pm
The neighbors are very sensitive to noise, (they have their bedroom right above of the living room), so it is Absolutely Essential to keep silence after 11:00pm. If you think you'll going to find it difficult to accomplish this rule, or that you will obey it halfway, we kindly ask you not to rent this apartment.
Other basic rules:
- Closing the inner and outer lift's doors
- Not throwing fagg-ends through the window
CHECK IN, CHECK OUT TIMES
We are flexible with check-in and check-out times, except:
When there is an arrival of new guests the same day you are leaving, we ask you to leave the apartment at 11:00am
If you are arriving the same day that there have been guests, you can enter the apartment at 3:00pm.
Otherwise you can enter or leave whenever is good for you :)
KEEPING YOUR LUGGAGE
If you are arriving in the morning before 3pm we can keep your luggage for you either in the apartment (while it is being cleaned) or in my antiques store downstairs in the same building.
If you are leaving at 11:00am, we ask you to keep your lugagge in "Locker Barcelona", the official locker room of the city where you can leave your luggage for starting at 4€. It is located in "Carrer d'Estruc", next to Plaza Cataluña (10min away) and it is very convenient for you as it is right in the city centre and next to Aerobús (shuttle to the airport).
In the living room, we have a nice smoking area next to the window, so we kindly ask you to smoke there while you contemplate the view.

Interior designer. I love nature, traveling, cooking and I am passionate about XVIII century antiques.
I am usually helped to manage the apartment by my two sons: Miguel and Román. (Business Major, -now working as an auditor- and Aerospace Engineering student).
