Kaitlyn was very helpful. The place is exactly how it’s described. The location is great - even though it’s on a somewhat busier street, it was quiet in the apartment. We only stayed for two nights but would be more than happy to book again for future trips to Atlanta!

We loved the location! The neighborhood was eclectic and really friendly. We ate at the Carroll Street Cafe downstairs 3 times and we would definitely go back. The store outside our place was awesome too! They had everything we needed for the weekend. We parked our car on Friday, and didn't get back in it until Sunday. Uber was quick to the location and cheap! Can't wait to return!

We arrived too early yo check on so we enjoyed a nice lunch in the cafe below. We had a short struggle with the keybox but once we checked in, the apartment was lovely. It was quiet, clean, spacious and well equipt with all the essentials. We took a walk into downtown for a few drink but returned quite early to go to the bars along the street. The location was fantastic, lots of cool street art and really friendly locals. We'll definitely stay here again when we visit Atlanta again.

Overall, this place is very good. The flat was a very nice space, stylish and a good size. The shower was great, and the kitchen was very useful to have available. The bed was very large and comfortable. During the week, Kaitlyn (Russell's co-host) dropped by the flat and offered to leave some supplies like new towels and toilet paper, which was much appreciated. On the final day before check-out the water to the flat wasn't working, but Russell was easy to contact and got it sorted out quite quickly for me. One downside was that there is a bit of noise from outside, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights when the cafe downstairs closes late. But generally this doesn't last too long, and it didn't really affect my ability to get enough rest. Overall, I would recommend this flat to anyone looking to stay in Atlanta; thanks again Russell and Kaitlyn!

Very very nice. Very clean and welcoming. The location was amazing. I had never heard of Cabbage Town so it was a very nice surprise indeed. I can happily recommend this Airbnb.

This place was perfect for a quick night stay and the cafe downstairs was impeccable! The neighborhood is so artsy and cute. Filming was going on which made parking hard but we walked the whole neighborhood and everyone in the area was very welcoming.

Perfect location for anyone visiting for the first time. The apartment is located in a safe and eccentric neighborhood. The host was wonderful and readily available. Would definitely stay here when I come back.
