GRACEVILLA is situated in the buffer zone of Kanha National Park on the Mocha-Chargaon Road in Village Kutwahi. Gracevilla is flanked with the Massive Kanha forest on one side and the serene Banjar River on the other. Deer, Sambar,Jackals and Fox are daily visitor's in and around the property. All the rooms in Gracevilla have a separate gallery overseeing the Jungle. An indoor Kitchen, an outdoor kitchen, a chullah and a barbecue are the options available for making traditional lip smacking food

The space
Gracevilla has 4 separate rooms , with attached dressing rooms and washrooms and sit-out / banlconies. Gracevilla is a 1.25 acre property with a lot of fruit 🍓🍑 bearing trees. In the middle of the property stands the great Banyan tree under which there are khatias for resting after a tiring and exhaustive Safari. Also shading the property from all 4 sides are bamboo plants, Gracevilla is surrounded with dense forest, there are a lot of birds chirping from early morning. Being situated high above sea level, it's pretty cold and hence there are 2 common fire places for the guests..A pathway is made within the property for morning and evening walks....At nightfall in the midst of the call of the chital and sambar deer the view of the star fill sky gives an amazing experience...just the place for sky gazing.

About half a Km away from Gracevilla is the Kutwahi Village, its a calm and sleepy place. Being in the buffer area we are surrounded by dense forests, Deer, Chital and sambhar are daily visitor's in and around the property. An ideal place for book readers and photographers..

Hi, I'm Brendon your host. I am a Naturalist and a Wildlife Photographer. My parents are wildlife enthusiasts and hence I developed this passion for wildlife at a very young age. Being close to nature is a gift anyone would wish for. The Ongoing pandemic has taught us the importance of our forests and ecosystem. I want to educate the upcoming new generation on this feature and the importance of saving trees and wildlife, as we are heading for so called development at a very rapid pace and at a very high price. I stay in the cottage at the property and am always available for any assistance you may need...I would be taking you for nature walks early in the morning and at evenings should you want to have a trail, before you settle down for a hot coffee on the machan. We at Gracevilla will be serving you food prepared by the locals, in earthen utensils, cooked on the chullah. I've roamed in maximum forests in and around India, and specially at all the parks and sanctuaries in Central India, having stayed at various places, we know exactly what a guest looks forward to and hence we will be trying our best to give you a comfortable stay and experience.
