I never received a call from Tayler and can't really respond to the missed communication. We try to respond to people within 10 minutes. As far as the glass door is concerned, the door was recently broken and there is another door literally 2 feet from the sliding glass door that remains unlocked for guests to use 24 hours a day. Also, there is water available inside of the cabin (though guests are always welcome to come inside!). If you had read the listing or confirmation email then you would have known how to get inside and also had an alternate phone number for the cohost.
