What a liitle gem I have found. A beautiful well kept cottage with easy access to the beautiful Exmoor. Sue is really the perfect host, she was so helpful from the very start. She had tons of information and her recommendations made our stay as we would not have known where to go, the same goes for eating out too we went to a great pub for dinner. The rooms were immaculate and one of the most comfortable mattresses so I slept so well. The breakfast was one of the best I had with all locally sourced produce as well as home made bread, jams etc and was just so tasty, even with some in our group with specific requirements nothing was to much. So all in all what a perfect place and give me a place like this over a posh hotel any day. Sue was so friendly and welcoming as was her husband too. So we will be back.

We are a couple with a 3 years old girl and 8 months old baby. The cottage was lovely, full of character and beautiful gardens. Sue and Tony were amazing hosts, always helpful with our kids, booking a table at the local pub for us, showing us what to do around the area lending us maps and books. They even cooked for our baby so she had her dinner prepared when we arrived. The were really flexible with check in and check out times. We had our own little flat within the cottage with an independent staircase leading to our 2 rooms and private bathroom. The main room was really spacious and everything was very nice and clean. Breakfast was great and with lots of options. Great place for a family to stay.
