Southstar Evergreen is a premium 8 bedroom Lodge located across the road from Rotorua's Redwood forest. Popular for hiking and mountain biking. It's perfect for groups or families with 2 lounges and large kitchen. Can be split into 6BR, and 2BR.
Indoor bike workshop, secure bike storage for 20 bikes, ebike charging & bike wash station
Recovery circuit - Sauna, bucket shower & hot outdoor baths
Quiet neighbourhood. No parties/noise in outside areas after 9pm.

The space
Southstar Evergreen has 8 bedrooms.
6 rooms with a queen size double bed and a single bed
1 room with a queen size double bed and 2 singles
1 room with queen size double bed
So the rooms can be used as twins or doubles.
5 rooms upstairs, 3 downstairs.
3 shared bathrooms with showers and toilets. The downstairs bathroom doubles as a mud-room with bike parking outside (with ebike charging points), rinse off your bike, then have a shower (2) in the mudroom. This room also has a washing machine and a washer+dryer for doing laundry.
The kitchen area is setup with open shelves for easy access for large groups, a large fridge and a large freezer.

The lounge features comfortable couches and a big screen smart TV.
The bike workshop features 2x park-tool work-stands and tools so riders can socialise and work on their bikes
The outside area features a recovery / relaxation circuit that starts with a hot bath (4 separate baths), a custom built Redwood sauna, followed by a cold water bucket shower to rinse off.
Off street parking for 6 vehicles, plus 2 on the street

Other things to note
No noise in outside areas after 9pm please. Neighbours need to be able to rest and sleep.
