This cozy home features fun and relaxation for you. Enjoy dinner during warm months on the outdoor picnic table. Sit back and relax on the outdoor couch by the Gas fire pit. Whip up delicious meals in the kitchen!

Fully equipped kitchen to make all of your delicious meals. We provide K-Cups for the Keurig, no need to bring your own.

Looking to just relax and remove the stress of the day away? There is a spa hot tub right outside next to the front deck where you can enjoy nature maybe even catch a sunset or light the gas fire and enjoy the stars.

Asheville has many delicious local restaurants and local breweries to enjoy moments away from the house! Even the Biltmore Estate is 10 minutes away from the house.

Black mountain a short 12 minute drive from the house.

12 minute drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway and many trials and hikes to some of Western North Carolina's most scenic waterfalls!

Based off NC commission laws, we are required to send you a rental agreement after booking with us.

We do allow you to bring up to two dogs for an additional charge of $150. The pet fee will be added after booking.

Disclaimer: There is a cemetery further up behind the house. There is a house directly behind us that blocks most of the view.
