Ours is a home for living a quality life, and we enjoy sharing the experience. So, if you want to add quality to the end of your day, then ours is the home for you.
Our home is a newly restored spacious (111sq/m) top floor apartment that is decorated with an eclectic mix of recovered vintage and modern design.
You will enter through the front door into a corridor. To your left you will find a 43sq/m combined living area with a small balcony that provides you with a view to the street. To your right (the back of the apartment) you will find the master bedroom, bathroom (shower only) and modern kitchen. The kitchen and master bedroom are connected by an enclosed veranda that runs the width of the apartment. The second bedroom is situated in the area between the front and back of the apartment, running the length of the corridor. This room comes with a comfortable couch that folds open into a bed.
Given that it is a top floor apartment you are guaranteed lots of natural light. All day. Even on sunny Winter days.
There is a saying amongst us foreigners that live here: “if you want to know Portugal then eat and drink your way through it”.
So, if you have a penchant for exploring people and their culture with palate too, then you will find ours to be an “easy-to-use” kitchen and the dining room table perfect to remain at for hours, chatting even when someone from your party prefers to lounge instead.
Just to be certain that your ambient experiences rate higher than a “Barry Manilow and a Piña Colada”, we will leave you our music - jazz, blues or classical -, we have an extensive collection to explore. If you are a family with pre-teen young ones that relishes old school distractions, I allow access to my Looney Tunes collection.
There is only one rule. It goes by the name “Space is the Place”. And if you want this space as your place, show it “the love” and you should walk away from Lisbon with magic in the mix.
