Its cosy and comfortably fits two people, spacious and fully furnished with built in wardrobe, bedside drawers, chest of drawers and ample storage. Towels and fresh linen are provided. There is access to Wifi. You have access to the living area if required which opens up to a conservatory and garden.
The house is centrally located within a walking distance of the docks and local transport links, 2 minutes from the DLR station, 5 mins to the trendy Excel Centre,10 minutes to Canary Wharf with direct links to Westfield, the City and the West End. Local amenities are also within reach of the property including London City Airport, local library, University of East London and Beckton Park. ASDA is within 5 min walk and both Tesco and Galleons Reach Shopping centre are also close by. The neighbourhood is safe, quiet and a peaceful location.

You will be sharing with myself and I will ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Guests are welcome to make themselves at home, with full use of the kitchen. Feel free to use the fridge, cooker, washing machine etc, and there's always tea and coffee to help yourself to.

I am happy to interact with guests as they wish and assist where possible to ensure your stay is as comfortable. I will respect your privacy too.
Other things to note
I am easy going female who likes to go out but equally enjoy a chilled out evening at home watching TV. The house is clean, tidy and would be suitable for a profession/individual who appreciates a quiet, calm, comfortable and homely environment. I work during the day and therefore will be out mostly in the day. When checking in, please let me know before hand your travel plans so I can organise how to get access to the house.
•No smoking inside the house.
•No shoes inside the house
•Any damage to furniture or property due to negligence will be charged for and may result in immediate termination of any reservation.
•Please note that the maximum stay is 28 nights, but if you are willing to stay longer just let me know.
•Guests are asked to not play loud music, not to take drugs, not to overly consume alcohol. In general to be mindful of other people in the house and neighbours no matter what time of day it is.
•Guests are not to bring guests into the house.
