Keiko has contacted Airbnb because she has accidentally submitted a review which has a comment of "No," and it has a 5-star rating. She badly wanted to edit it. And here's the answer of Airbnb: "As much as we'd love to edit it, we honestly won't be able to do so anymore. But there's still a way to make things better. The greatest thing is that it's a 5-star review which adds to your credibility, and you can just put a public response to it explaining what exactly happened on the guest's end.
