Located in the heart of Marlborough Wine Country this is the perfect location from which to explore everything this region has to offer. The cottage has space to relax both inside and out, with views of the surrounding vines and countryside and easy access to cellar doors and the extensive Marlborough network of food and wine offerings.

The space
Featuring three comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house and within the additional sleep-out one double bedroom and bathroom.
A large and open plan kitchen, lounge and dining space dominates the main part of the house, with space for all guests to relax.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine and a basic stock of cooking essentials, oil, herbs and spices.
The outdoor space includes a large dining table and bbq area, a hot tub and a fire pit with views of the surrounding vineyards and gardens from all spaces.
The gardens and house are private and set back from the road.
