Independent mini apt new, bright, super-equipped, between the Navigli area and Bocconi University, a few tram stops from Duomo. Attention: only for sports enthusiasts (3th floor without elevator). Common areas in bad condition
My totally independent studio apartment is located in Via Meda 6, in the charming, lively heart of the Navigli area, a short step from Bocconi University and close to the University detachment of via Balilla, headquarters of the MBA degree.
The apartment will be ready (after a complete renovation) in March 2015: you will be the lucky ones to use a brandnew apartment. The studio, despite being small, is very welcoming, bright and well-equipped. However, the common areas of the condo are in very poor conditions. Although the whole building has a great potential, with his own typical "old Milan" atmosphere, I am sorry to inform you that the current state is really terrible. Another shortcoming is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator: but if you are young and athletic, a little training should represent only an advantage for you... do you agree??? And you will forget about the flaws as soon as you see the cozy apartment, since you will really enjoy it :)
The studio apartment's size is about 20 square meters. It consists of a fully-equipped kitchen and a nice relax area with a couch, a wardrobe and a very small dining table.
You will find everything you need for your stay: clean sheets and towels will be provided, and you will have wi-fi, TV, microwave, washing machine, air conditioning as well as everything you need to cook.
If you want a cleaning service, you just need to ask for it.
I hope to see you soon ..

It is necessary to enter a contractual agreement, registered at Agenzia delle Entrate (National Tax Authorities). It is also necessary for you to get the ItalianTax Code. You can require it at the Italian Embassy/Consulate in your country or directly when you arrive in Italy, at Agenzia delle Entrate offices (National Tax Authorities). In case you want to stay more than 29 nights, I will send a copy of the contract.

To do that you must be in possession of an Italian tax code that you may request or at the Italian Embassy in your country or directly upon arrival in Italy.
