Best Airbnb experience thanks to Silvia!! She went the extra mile to accommodate me and family (party of 6) in such a short notice especially with all the inconveniences due to Hurricane Irma that had just passed a few days after our arrival to Miami. She was in constant communication with me throughout the entire check-in process until we were safely inside of the condo. The check up message the following day to ensure we were OK and nothing was missing was much appreciated!! She also let us do a late check-out at not extra cost which saved us again otherwise we would have end up at the airport 6hs prior our departure.
As for the place itself, we were 6 hosts and the accommodations are more than enough!! The place is exactly to what you see in the pictures so no surprise there. It has everything you need and even more! Beds are super confortable, TV on each room, beach towels, cooking utensils and everything you would find at your home to make you feel cozy. To access the apartment you don't need keys, it has a lock-box system that by entering a code it will release the lock so you won't have to worry about carrying or losing any keys so it is very convenience.
As for the building everything great here! you have a huge pool, direct beach access, valet parking (included with the rental) 24/7 security. Due to hurricane Irma, though, there is only 1 elevator working so turn your self into vacation mode :) as you could spent quite some time waiting for it. For accessing the amenities you need a blue key fob and you only get 2, so if you are a big group you will have to consider this ahead of time otherwise you won't be able to gain access to these or even entering to the building after 11PM.
My only advise would be to check on the cleaning lady as it seems she doesn't do a thoroughly clean up of the apartment after every host leaves.
It would be great to have in advance toilet paper to cover the entire stay, detergent for the dishwasher machine, trash bags, cleaning products stuff that you won't bring with you when packing your suitcase.
