I do not mind accommodating demanding guests in every way possible, but I will not tolerate liars. When the guests arrived at almost midnight with four additional people from what I originally approved, I asked for money to cover my costs in additional linen, towels, labor to make up the additional four beds. When Rochelle and her guests lied to me and said she had no extra money, I told them they were taking advantage of my hospitality. Now she has written another lie because I did not yell or rip up a check. Read all of my reviews to see my tolerance level with those who have special requests including this one. However, when I told this guest that she was taking advantage of me, she produced some change that I used as a tip for my cleaning crew to cover the cost of the ten people who stayed here. My property manager is not allowed to shuttle people or drive guests cars and he had to set a boundary with this guest as well. Her expectations far exceed the scope of what a professional host would provide her. Additionally, my crew found her expensive necklace after the guests' departure and I personally mailed to back to her at my own expense.
