Room in a bed and breakfast

Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
Very pretty historic cottage, at the bottom of the Rock and Pillar range. It was once the bakehouse where bread was baked for the workers who built the Central Otago railway. Close to Middlemarch and the cycle trail.

The space
There are two rooms, each with a queen size bed, with one bathroom in between. The bigger room has a small seating area, table and chairs, and tea and coffee making facilities, with a small fridge. There is a large garden, and you are very welcome to wander around. The property is surrounded by sheep paddocks.

Guest access
My property is just out of Middlemarch, and is a two minute drive, a 5 minute cycle, or a 15-20 minute walk into Middlemarch.
If you don't have a car, I can take you into Middlemarch for dinner.

During your stay
My house is right beside your cottage. I work in Dunedin some days, but If I am at home you are welcome to come and find me if you need anything. I am always there in the evenings.

Other things to note
At present, there is no Wifi in the cottage. Wifi is available at the house in case you need it.
