Cool and comfortable one bedroom condo in 55+ HOA just 5 mi from intercoastal waterway and close to several beaches and pristine barrier island state park, but you would need a car. This location is in a non-evacuation zone, so if there is a hurricane you would not have to leave but could shelter in place. It is high, dry and safe.
This condo requires that one occupant be 55 or older and the second occupant be over 17. Association rules require that I rent for a minimum of 190 days, but you could come and go or use it intermittently during those 6 months as you need. Please respect the retired neighbors by being quiet and by parking in spot 47. Thanks!

Hi! I'm an independent woman who will be traveling while you stay at my place. In 2015 I camped in the Georgia mountains for a month for a test run and it changed my life. In 2016 I camped 74 days around the USA and have become addicted to freedom and adventure. You will find my condo quite comfortable, quiet and attractive and will LOVE the beaches. There is a bicycle, an office space with printer, wifi, triple pane hurricane windows, ceiling fans in every room, and hypoallergenic latex mattresses and pillows. There are blackout curtains in the bedroom and 5' of closet with hangers, shelf and drawer are clear for your use along with an iron and ironing board. There are dual jam speakers for your music. I hope you decide to book my place as I appreciate all my guests. They have made me a better host. I have a few anthem songs, like Tom Petty's "Running Down the Dream", the jazz song "Feeling Good", and Lynard Skynard's "Free Bird". My life motto is "Be Ready".
