Really sorry tro hear these words ..today I have checked out another family that stayed ten days in Villino Emma and all of them was satisfied and happy ...they'll send a feedback next days .They have a SUV but no problem again even if the private street is not so large .. This villa is perfect for summer with the covered veranda and dining area ..inside livingroom is not so spacious for 6 people but enought to have dinner ...but I agreed that is better outside! ...About humidity in the ground floor bedroom nobody let me know about it .All bedrooms has A/C too. Dear Anne each time we have a new guests our housekeepers change ALL linen and towlers ..(the landlady has bought all (Website hidden by Airbnb) very strange ...about check out as we need time to clean it is at 10 am..if we have no guests in the same day we have no problem to make it later...about electricity even if I expalned you where was general count meter I drived to you at midnight to swich on it..Outside there is a dining area with table up to 8 people, 4 sunbeds too. We have not a big garden but a spacious covered patio with handy outdoor shower. All the best Chiara
