At Casa del Mar all you have to bring is yourself when you stay in this comfortable, second floor 2 bedroom/2 bath Casa Del Mar villa.Enjoy the early morning sun on your screened in balcony and the great view of the bay and of the Yacht Club.
Isla del Sol is a fantastic quite place on the bay, the Golf Club and the Yacht Club are 2 min walking distance. The apartment is very quite facing the sunrise and the bay. White sand beach of St. Pete Beach just across the bridge! Nice living room, one master bedroom with bath and walking closet ensuite, a double bedroom, 2nd bathroom; kitchen and a quite balcony.
The appartment, private parking place, the common room ( following the condominium rules), washing room and the swimming pool!
Interaction with guests
I will follow my guest for the booking, Staff that I personally know and trust will take care of check in and out and for any assistance during the staying.

No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the condo.
All renters must agree to the association's house rules in our rental agreement and submit an association application form, which we will send to you if you book a reservation with us.
We're including the rules here for your review so there aren't any surprises after the booking is confirmed! In general, know that this unit is in a residential area that has year-long residents; remember it's not a hotel.
All applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Maximum occupancy standard
2 bedroom has a maximum occupancy of four (4) persons.
Pets are not allowed and it is non-smoking condo. Please report any problems or damages upon arrival. If not reported, we must assume these occurred during your occupancy.
Check-in time is after 3.00 pm.
Check-out time is 10.00 am. This time must be adhered to in order to allow our cleaning teams enough time to ready the unit for the next guests. Please remember to strip the beds, dispose of all opened or perishable food, remove all garbage from the unit and lock all windows and doors. The zippered pouch containing 2 sets of keys and pool tags must be returned to the office of Compass Vacation Rental upon departure.
Each property has one (1) assigned parking space, for which you will receive a parking pass. Guests other than the tenants are permitted to park in guest spaces provided for a short period of time. If your guests are staying for more than 72 hours, please notify us and we will issue a guest parking pass.
Properties will be clean and activated upon your arrival. We also provide departure cleaning which is included in the rental rate. The cleaning is made from professional cleaning crew from Compass Vacations Rental. Two loads of laundry are included. You may be billed for additional laundry loads. You may request maid/linen service during your stay for an additional fee. We trust that the property will be treated as if it were your own and left in satisfactory condition so it can be prepared for my next guest.
The property has telephone. Local service is provided for your convenience. This enables you to make calls within the local area, as well as receive incoming calls. Long distance service is NOT provided. Wi-fi is provided.
What to Bring
The property provided bed and bath linens as well as essential kitchen utensils, cookware, flatware, dishes and glassware. You will need paper products (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper etc.), garbage bags, laundry detergent, minimal cleaning supplies and any specialty items you may desire during your stay.
All Guests can use the swimming pool observing the written rules.
Repairs and Service Calls
All appliances and equipment in my property is maintained and deemed in good working condition. However, I can not guarantee that breakdowns will not occur. Please report any problems with appliances, air conditioning, etc. to an Agent of Compass Vacations Rental and repairs will be scheduled and performed within a reasonable time after notice from the guest. If the above scheduled service call is unwarranted and due to the negligence of the guest, the guest will be responsible for payment.
Dissatisfaction upon Arrival/Replacement of Accommodations
I want my guests to enjoy their stay as much as possible; however I'm not able to move you to another property, or make refunds or discounts, if the property is not decorated to your tastes.
Things beyond my Control
Myself and the Agent from Compass Rental work very hard to make sure your stay is comfortable and memorable. However, there may be issues that are just beyond our control, just as there are things beyond your control at your home. Please understand that there will be no refunds or discounts offered or expected for such things. For example: construction nearby, inclement weather and acts of nature (including hurricanes), noisy neighbors, breakdown of air conditioners, TV's, DVD's, electronics and/or appliances. Of course we will do everything in our power to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
