Great location and condo. Walking distance to a lot of various attractions or short drive/uber to anything else you would want to do. It was a lively area but also quiet. Condo was clean and as advertised. Would stay again.

Bronwyn's place was very pleasant. I was on vacation to visit family. I stayed for an entire week. 2 blocks in one direction is Carytown with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and stores. 2 blocks in the other direction and you're at the VMFA which provides countless hours of free and educational entertainment. The condo itself is very comfortable. All the necessary amenities are provided and the space is very clean and comfortable. I interested with Bronwyn very little. This was because everything went so smoothly. What few questions I had were answered promptly. Overall a great place to stay for a brief visit or an extended stay while sight seeing.

Great condo, perfect location! Bronwyn was quick to approve and communicate with us all the necessary details. The condo was a great size and very comfortable. Just two blocks off from a street with restaurants and bars made it a convenient but still quiet and nice place to stay.

Hi Richard, So glad you liked the condo. We'll work harder to make it clear which entrance is ours. Sorry for the confusion! Bronwyn

This is a lovely and spotless condo in a perfect location in the Fan. It is also extremely quiet. Bronwyn is a fabulous host. She has appointed the condo perfectly to make it a home away from home.

What a wonderful stay! The condo is lovely--exactly as described and just steps away from amazing shops and restaurants on Cary Street. The condo itself feels quiet and private: really a hideaway within the city. Bronwyn was responsive and very clear in all communications. A top choice in Richmond!

As a former RVA resident this apartment covers all the bases. It's comfy, clean and has some personality. As Richmond is a walking and biking city, the apartment is a reasonable distance from the VCU main campus. It's blocks from the excitement of Carytown and right in the museum district.
