Clean and modern well connected place to move around. Own nice and clean bathroom with all the appliances. Queen size bead. Small desk and Satelite HD TV. Close to Usaquen, Parque de la 93 and Parque el Virrey. It's a very safe part of the city.
It's a nice and clean place to stay for a few days. The apartment is in a great area with a transmilenio station at two blocks.
Great location next to a quiet transmilenio station where you can take the bus straight to downtown in 30 min (6 stops). The Zona Rosa and Zona T (Where Andrés DC is and many nightlife) are at 8 min by taxi and 15 min by public transportation following a very safe route 24/7. Usaquén is at 10 min by taxi. Uber works in Bogotá, and the prices of them and the regular taxis are very low.
The neighborhood is peaceful surrounded by green areas. At the same time there are shopping centers nearby, movies, even two theaters, grocery store and a fruit market beside. Of course, restaurants are close too (In front of a pizza hut). On Sundays the calle 116 is closed to skate, walk or bike and you can hit the zona rosa following those roads by bike in 15 min.
Very short distances in taxi to the main business centers and at a walking distance to Paralelo 108. At 10 min to the Av Chile (Financial area). The WTC is also pretty close, you just walk 4 blocks and take a bus straight on calle 100. Taxis in Bogota are very cheap (Amazing cheap), so, transportation isn't really a problem.
You will have access to everything except my room :). See the pics. Kitchen, Own bathroom, bedroom, livingroom, laundry room, balcony, sauna and gym downstairs.
Interaction with guests
I like to share with my guesses but it's up to you. I'm very friendly and I like to give all the city advises in food, transportation, tourist places and so on, but you decide if you want me to share the info or just a quiet and save place to sleep.
Simply be reasonable. Be friendly, be respectful and clean.
Don't loose the keys.
I don't have keys of the bedrooms, please don't leave the door locked when you are out.
I'm a simple guy. I try to be as relaxed as possible but I like to keep a logical order in what I do, unless when I'm just having fun. I'm a tolerant, kind and insightful person.
I'm a chemical engineer, so if you bring some good knowledge in the oil & gas field you are even more welcome.
I'm from Venezuela and I've being in Bogota for two years now.
I love nature and outdoor activities.
I'm an engineer but I enjoy talking of economy and also the political subjects like nowadays events and relations among countries. I like to share experiences. I'm in couchsurfing as well, so I enjoy to compare my lifestyle with my guests's because it brings a lot of perspective to my life and my opinions about everything.
I'm also a traveler. I really like to explore the places I visit even if it's just for work. I like going to a concert and to party a little. I know how to dance and all that kind of stuffs but I'm 29 right now, so the party is not a priority anymore.
I can show you the city if I got the time. I work from home so I can handle a little my time :)
