Clean and modern well connected place to move around. Own nice and clean bathroom with all the appliances. Queen size bead. Small desk and Satelite HD TV. Close to Usaquen, Parque de la 93 and Parque el Virrey. It's a very safe part of the city.

The space

It's a nice and clean place to stay for a few days. The apartment is in a great area with a transmilenio station at two blocks.

For Tourism:
Great location next to a quiet transmilenio station where you can take the bus straight to downtown in 30 min (6 stops). The Zona Rosa and Zona T (Where Andrés DC is and many nightlife) are at 8 min by taxi and 15 min by public transportation following a very safe route 24/7. Usaquén is at 10 min by taxi. Uber works in Bogotá, and the prices of them and the regular taxis are very low.

The neighborhood is peaceful surrounded by green areas. At the same time there are shopping centers nearby, movies, even two theaters, grocery store and a fruit market beside. Of course, restaurants are close too (In front of a pizza hut). On Sundays the calle 116 is closed to skate, walk or bike and you can hit the zona rosa following those roads by bike in 15 min.

For Business:
Very short distances in taxi to the main business centers and at a walking distance to Paralelo 108. At 10 min to the Av Chile (Financial area). The WTC is also pretty close, you just walk 4 blocks and take a bus straight on calle 100. Taxis in Bogota are very cheap (Amazing cheap), so, transportation isn't really a problem.

Guest access

You will have access to everything except my room :). See the pics. Kitchen, Own bathroom, bedroom, livingroom, laundry room, balcony, sauna and gym downstairs.

Interaction with guests

I like to share with my guesses but it's up to you. I'm very friendly and I like to give all the city advises in food, transportation, tourist places and so on, but you decide if you want me to share the info or just a quiet and save place to sleep.

Carlos and Diana are the best hosts you could ask for. They are friendly, respectful, kind, and approachable. They even invited me to join them for a game of Monopoly one night with their friends. They provided recommendations for things to do during my visit. All the while, they respected my privacy and space. Carlos even cooked for me a few times (it was probably the best food I ate during my two weeks in Bogotá). The apartment is beautiful and clean, and located to close to public transit. While it isn't located in a touristy area, it's located in a nice, quiet, and safe area that is nice to return to at the end of a busy day. It is also located near a small river with a bike/running path that I used a few times ! Thank you so much Carlos and Diana!

Carlos and Diana's apartment was perfect for exploring Bogota from. It's very close to the transmileno for getting into the city. The room is comfortable and there's a private bathroom is great. They are such a friendly and welcoming couple. They helped us with getting around and where to go/eat. I highly recommend staying here!

Carlos and Diana were accommodating and very helpful in recommending things to do. The flat was clean - although small, we felt like we were on top of them at times. The area is very safe and quiet, quite far from the centre attractions but easy to get to by uber. We had a good time

Response from Carlos:
Hello!. According to Bogotan standards, to fit a queen size bed along with a small desk with chair and TV and not to be everything tight is quite outstanding here. The living-room and kitchen are also quite big for any world and big city capital standard. I obviously defer from the perception of the size of the flat. Especially because no previous guest had ever made any mention about it. Thanks anyway for the review.

I'm a simple guy. I try to be as relaxed as possible but I like to keep a logical order in what I do, unless when I'm just having fun. I'm a tolerant, kind and insightful person.

I'm a chemical engineer, so if you bring some good knowledge in the oil & gas field you are even more welcome.

I'm from Venezuela and I've being in Bogota for two years now.

I love nature and outdoor activities.

I'm an engineer but I enjoy talking of economy and also the political subjects like nowadays events and relations among countries. I like to share experiences. I'm in couchsurfing as well, so I enjoy to compare my lifestyle with my guests's because it brings a lot of perspective to my life and my opinions about everything.

I'm also a traveler. I really like to explore the places I visit even if it's just for work. I like going to a concert and to party a little. I know how to dance and all that kind of stuffs but I'm 29 right now, so the party is not a priority anymore.

I can show you the city if I got the time. I work from home so I can handle a little my time :)
