Newly rebuilt 1920 bungalow in Reynoldstown, an Atlanta Beltline neighborhood. Centrally located on the train line between Downtown and Decatur, and between I-20 and the Freedom Parkway. Nextdoor to historic Atlanta neighborhoods Inman Park, Candler Park, Cabbagetown, and others. Leave your car parked in our off-street drive and walk to groceries, MARTA, parks, dining and nightlife. Great house in convenient location.

The space

The house is a 1920 urban bungalow that was newly rebuilt in 2014. Features 10-foot ceilings throughout, transoms above doors and windows, and a gas fireplace and front porch. Updates include a new kitchen, open floor plan with new hardwood floors, walk-in closets and a spacious master bath. There is a tremendous elevated sun room in the back of the house (opens into a screened porch). The house has three bedrooms, but we use one as an office (there is a twin day bed). The master has a king size bed, and the spare bedroom a full. There is an air mattress that can be used to accommodate additional guests. Gated off street parking at the house.

You will have full use of the house and yard.

The place is spacious, will fit five people comfortably. It is close to the MARTA and about a $10 Uber ride to downtown. Ryan was timely in responding our inquiries, and provided suggestions places to see, things to do. I was obvious that Ryan did everything in his power to make sure we were as comfortable as possible.

Great house and host! There is a "neighborhood" cat. We are not cat people.

The urban bungalow is exactly as promised in the photos, and even more spacious in person! The master bedroom and bathroom are huge, and the entire home has high ceilings. Beds were super comfortable. We didn't get to use the sunroom, it was too cold, but we still had plenty of space for 4. The home is in a great neighborhood a quick walk to the grocery store, Marta, or Little Five Points - which is a cute neighborhood with vintage shops, restaurants and bars. It's also a quick uber ride to Inman Park and Midtown. There is a neighborhood cat that hangs out on the front porch, Ryan keeps cat food so we fed him - he's a perfectly friendly outdoor cat. Overall Ryan was easy to work with, just be prepared to follow a few more house rules than are written in the description (pertaining to the alarm system, house cleaning, etc.). We really enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again!

Ryan's house is so comfortable! The patio is worth a night in, and the master bedroom is wonderful. Ryan was very communicative. Highly recommend!

This home looked lovely in the photos and did not disappoint on our arrival. Gorgeous wood floors with a very open and spacious feel. It's furnished with some great mid century pieces and complemented with some awesome art. There's a large porch out front and one to the side. Also a massive screened in room on the back accessible from the master bedroom and the hallway. Great for relaxing on. This home is very convenient to local shopping including a Kroger grocery store. Also within walking distance to the MARTA station will take you to and from the airport and other convenient stops around Atlanta. While you're heading to the station, make a stop in at Proof Bakeshop next door for great coffee and freshly made bread and pastries. This is a true local spot. Next door to that is One Eared Stag where you can grab drinks and a meal. It's a beautiful old building and the food was delicious. There are so many options near to this home within a very short distance. Ryan and his partner are fantastic hosts and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic! The hosts were very accommodating and the house itself was incredibly clean and had everything we could need. The pictures do not do it justice. Be prepared to spend majority of your time on their enclosed patio, it's awesome! If you are looking to stay right outside of Atlanta in a trendy spot, I definitely recommend their bungalow. I look forward to returning. Thanks guys :)
