Newly rebuilt 1920 bungalow in Reynoldstown, an Atlanta Beltline neighborhood. Centrally located on the train line between Downtown and Decatur, and between I-20 and the Freedom Parkway. Nextdoor to historic Atlanta neighborhoods Inman Park, Candler Park, Cabbagetown, and others. Leave your car parked in our off-street drive and walk to groceries, MARTA, parks, dining and nightlife. Great house in convenient location.
The house is a 1920 urban bungalow that was newly rebuilt in 2014. Features 10-foot ceilings throughout, transoms above doors and windows, and a gas fireplace and front porch. Updates include a new kitchen, open floor plan with new hardwood floors, walk-in closets and a spacious master bath. There is a tremendous elevated sun room in the back of the house (opens into a screened porch). The house has three bedrooms, but we use one as an office (there is a twin day bed). The master has a king size bed, and the spare bedroom a full. There is an air mattress that can be used to accommodate additional guests. Gated off street parking at the house.
You will have full use of the house and yard.
