I've been running Doagh Cottage and The Calf House since January 2013, taking over the management of it from my parents. We stay there ourselves in the low season - it's one of our favourite places on earth to go and we feel incredibly lucky to have it. The sea, the walks and views, the wildlife and landscapes, and the swimming are the things we love best about it. We couldn't do it without our wonderful friends living in the area. The cottages have to pay for themselves - this, and the fact that we enjoy sharing it with others, are the reasons why we rent it out. We like to keep the rental costs as low as we can - so that the people that really appreciate all that Doagh Cottage and The Calf House offer, can stay there too, without it costing the earth.
