Located in the hip and trendy South Yarra, this gorgeous apartment, with spectacular city views, is located in the heart and soul of South Yarra. You will have no shortage of dining options on Toorak Rd, nor shopping options along the famed Chapel St shopping strip. Its all at your fingertips! Across the road from South Yarra train station will mean you don't have far to walk to catch your train to the MCG or Rod Laver Arena (one stop) or one stop further will have you at the iconic Flinders St station and Federation Square.

With two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen this apartment will provide you with all the space and amenity necessary for your group (max 5 guests), offering a king in the master room and a double bed with a single bunk bed (above the double).

Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.05m.

Three (3) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.

You will need to provide own linen for portacot usage.

From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.

Interaction with guests

I don't interact with my guests, only when they request interaction, ie. directions to somewhere, or sightseeing advice etc...

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the apartment or on the balcony.

Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond, eviction and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Tony came and met us almost straight away, was very friendly and accommodating. He showed us down to the car park and up to the room, and gave us a toor of his place. I needed an iron and he was able to set it up for before he left. He stayed the appropriate amount of time for a quick chat and then left us on our way. Overall was a great stay.

What a pleasant experience! Very conveniently located to South Yarra station (few stops away from the city) and walking distance from grocery stores and a great strip of shopping. Our host was always available to address questions and concerns which made us feel so comfortable. Beautiful view and clean space. Definitely a recommended spot!

FIRST AND DEFINITELY LAST AND ONLY TIME I WILL EVER USE AIRBNB. Location - great, due to being next to a train station, not great if you plan on driving or taking taxi/uber as traffic on that street is chaos most of the time. Arrival- we were not greeted by Tony, nor Khen as previously arranged the day before arrival, instead we were greeted by Janice. Janice seemed to have no idea where anything was. Someone had taken our car parking spot so we were forced to park up the street and wait until Janice had sorted it out. We asked Khen if we could arrive 2 hours earlier than planned, only because we happened to arrive early, If Khen had just simply said no that's not possible due to cleaning schedules, we would have gone and found somewhere to spend 2 hours having a long lunch ETC, but he said it was fine. As we were making our way over to South Yarra, he then told me Janice would be checking us in. Ok that is fine, but then Janice said we could drop our bags off but the apartment or the parking spot would not be available until 2. Communication is definitely not a strong point of Khen or Janice. 2:15pm and Janice has finally given us the okay that we can check in. She led us to the parking spot and up to the apartment. Upon walking in... We could see the apartment had not been vacuumed, the dining table was covered in dust and crumbs, the fridge was still full of half eaten food, mouldy watermelon, a raw chicken breast that hadn't even be covered in glad wrap. We had a look around the bedrooms - blonde hair all over the carpet, clearly the carpet hadn't been vacuumed at all. Checking under the bed we found a hat that the previous guest had left behind as well. Windows - not cleaned, mirrors with finger prints. Glasses in the kitchen that hadn't been cleaned properly. The apartment was basically filthy. We pointed this out to Janice, she was apologetic and said she would get another cleaner to come clean again. I call Khen, as Janice gave me no information about the apartment, no welcome sheet, no indication as to where the pool or gym is. Nothing. So I ask Khen for details of the gym, he said try the first floor - nothing but offices, "OK try the 2nd floor, or the 3rd or the 4th, maybe it's the rooftop" not very good at all. Eventually I ran into someone who lived there and he informed me it was located on the 6th floor. Turns out the keys that were provided didn't have access to that floor. Had the keys swapped (just another thing going wrong) Khen also said he would drop off Myki cards to use public transport, that never happened. 3:40pm and another cleaner arrives. Cleans out the fridge, barely vacuums and then leaves. Beds...

Nina, sorry for your expience, but please don't judge Airbnb from this one experience. I am glad you have rightly recognised you arrived some 2+ hours earlier than our agreed time. Arriving early really did throw us into a spin and particularly put the cleaner under intense pressure. As a result some things were overlooked, however Janice identified these as soon as she took you to the apartment and she made the arrangemetns to have them corrected. This was also why Khen was not able to meet you as agreed. We have many other apartments and your early arrival meant neither of us could be there owing to other already scheduled check-ins, so we had to send Janice. Please also understand that there were guests in the apartment the night prior to your arrival and they unfortunately were tardy with their departure which only compounded the cleaners stress when you then arrived so early. We strive to do all we can to accommodate our guests requests. Yes in hindsight maybe we should have told you it would not be available until the arranged time, but we tried to do our best to make you happy. You can see from other reviews that when our cleaners are given their full allocated time the apartment is spotless. The reason the car park was not available on your arrival is because our cleaners use the car park while they are cleaning the apartment (remember you came 2 hours early). Khen did get you the MYKI cards and put them on the table. They were still there when you left and the cleaners prepared the apartment for the next guests.
