Great spot, just as description says. Lovely sunny bedroom and lounge. Good shower! Only a short walk to uni and about 15 minutes to town. Great host with good communication. Basic necessities e.g. cleaning products and toilet rolls on hand. Great suggestions re coffee shops, walks, and a map provided. Great stuff!! Thank you!

My sister and I stayed at Amy + Mike's place last weekend and found it to be a lovely bright little house with everything we needed. The proximity to a bus stop was great so we left our car at home when we headed into Salamanca Markets. Even though it rained a little while we were walking to the bus stop, it didn't matter as the bus time table provided was spot on and we didn't have to wait long. The beds are comfy, wifi is good, the kitchen has everything necessary for a short stay and the shower was great!! We also took advantage of the washing machine which was top notch. I would stay here again in a heart beat! Oh, and the garden is delightful, so many lovely herbs and flowers...loved it.

To start with, Sandy Bay is a really cute little area. I highly recommend it for anyone tripping around Tas in a car. As far as the unit, itself, it was very comfortable, cute, and had everything two people might need after a long day of road tripping. The place is stocked with natural soaps and cleaning products, teas, and enough kitchen utensils to make a solid meal. Hot showers, a washing machine, heaps of natural light. Warm wool blankets and heating pads for Tasmanian winters. Great little gem.
