202 Pelicans Landing 3b2b condo, Sleeps 8 in beds. on south beach 2 minutes from Pier. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 covered parking spaces, elevator. King in master, queen in 2nd bedroom, two double beds in 3rd bedroom. Great location.
PLEASE NOTE: Between June and Aug 6, we book by the week only running from Saturday to Saturday.

We have a great location- convenient to every thing. 2 assigned parking spaces, elevator, pool.

Our unit has tons of upgrades- hard wood floors, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, Washer dryer, central heat and A/C with ceiling fans in each room. There are two assigned parking space. Elevator in building. Shared pool.

This condo is great for access to the Tybee beach & pier, shops, restaurants and nightlife. Pat was great to work with and was very responsive and flexible.

We got lucky and were upgraded -- had a great time! Very comfortable stay; the unit was well stocked (towels, blankets, dishes, etc.) Pat communicated with us well about how to check in and gave us information/instructions on everything in the unit. Would not hesitate to rent from Pat again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Brass Rail, our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Some of the furnishings had some miles on them, but that's not unusual to me. Pat was very friendly, but seemed very busy with managing her business. She did respond adequately to our needs no questions.

Pat's place was great for our group of 4 in town for the Savannah Marathon! Easy to find and well-stocked with all we needed to make Tybee our home for the long weekend. Pat or her sister were in touch early and often to be sure we were enjoying our stay and had what we needed.
