Arrive to plentiful off-street parking and be welcomed into a charming tropical backyard garden, shaded by an umbrella avocado and mango tree. The newly renovated home has gleaming porcelain tiles, a large and modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite tops, comfortable well decorated bedrooms and clean modern bathrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and it's own en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom is bright and sunny and also has a comfortable queen size bed, a closet and dresser. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a spacious closet. For the overflow....the study has a bunk bed that sleeps 2 extra guests. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a new bathroom with tub/shower. All bathrooms include fresh bath towels, beach towels and soap for your convenience. The living area is spacious, tastefully furnished and has cable television and WiFi. The dining room, which has an extendable table that comfortably seats 6 or more guests, adjoins a new gourmet kitchen with granite tops, stainless steel appliances and all the items needed to cook delicious homemade meals. Walk out from the dining area onto a relaxing screened-in patio, with a comfortable teak table and chairs, for alfresco dining or memorable backyard BBQ's on balmy Florida evenings...
Guest will have full access to all the amenities in the house, these include:

I want to ensure that your stay is memorable, that you will return and that you recommend this home to your friends and family! I live in Fort Lauderdale, which is approximately 10 mins from the property. When time permits I will be at the house to welcome you on arrival, show you the property and help with any questions you may have. I am also just a phone call away and always available to assist, answer any questions, provide suggestions on the area or deliver anything that may be missing from the house.
•PLEASE BE INFORMED ON YOUR CHECK-IN WE DO COLLECT 11% CITY TAX,
AND ONE TIME $190 CLEANING FEE.
• ***Garbage and recycling carts must be rolled up to the curb for collection***
•To confirm, check-in is at 3 PM and check out is at 10 AM.
•Strictly no smoking on the property. A special cleaning fee of $250 will be applied to your credit card if you or any of your guests smoke or burn any substance within the interior. Please, no candles and no incense, thank you. Charges will automatically be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the credit card on file.
•No pets please. We are not set up to deal with even the most well behaved animals. Should you bring a pet in, there would be a $250 special cleaning fee plus any damages. Service animals are welcome but subject to $250 cleaning fee. Charges will automatically be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the credit card on file.
•The property is not suitable for small children as it is not fenced in.
•Please observe quiet hours from 10:30pm to 8am. The neighbors are lovely people and we have a good relationship.
•Alcohol and Drug policy: All consumption of alcohol should follow FL state laws of 21 years of age. Use of Illegal Drugs is strictly prohibited or improper use of alcohol may result in expulsion from property and loss of deposit and payments.
•The home is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of any Guest.
•By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests, and those whom they invite to use the premises, are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises and the owners or managers of the property cannot be held liable.
•Only guests registered at the time reservations are confirmed, are permitted.
We try hard to keep the property in pristine condition. The reserving Guest is responsible for any breakage, missing items, damage to the building or furnishings including spills, burns, stains etc. Please report breakage and/or damage ASAP. The quicker the damage is reported, the sooner we can fix it.
•Beach towels are provided for your use so please return them back to the house. Please do not wash them with bleach.
•All garbage must be placed in the receptacles provided inside/outside.
•Please maintain all doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is on.
•Please leave the thermostat at 79 degrees on AUTO when you leave the house.
•Please turn off all the lights and water when not in use and when you leave the room.
•ALL OR PART OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT MAY BE RETAINED IN THE EVENT THAT ANY OF THESE RULES ARE VIOLATED. PLEASE NOTIFY US WITH IN 24 HOURS OF ANY CONCERNS.
•Please leave the home generally in the same order as your arrival.
•Please return all furniture to original location.
•Please put all trash in plastic bags and place in outside trash container.
•Please remove all perishables from the fridge.
•Remove all used linens from beds and used towels from bathrooms and place in laundry area.
• Check closets, dresser drawers, and under beds for personal belongings.
• Close blinds and lock all windows and doors, including garage door.
• Leave bathrooms and kitchen in reasonable order.
• Leave all lights, televisions and appliances off. Refrigerator is to be left on.
•If you move any furniture, please do so carefully and return it to its original location before check out.
