New from 2022, sparkling clean and modern apartment close to the city center of Zadar in less then 15-20 min walking distance, a grocery store right next to it, located in a quite neighbourhood with a private and spacious (wooden covered) terrace and a parking place. One bedroom with a comfortable super-king size bed (200 x 180 cm), walk-in shower, high-speed fiber optic WiFi connection, fully equipped kitchen, radiator heating and A/C system. Digital nomads coworking station “Coin” only 5 min.

The space
Professional deep cleaning is made right before the guest arrives and every 2 weeks (long stays). The space is comprised of a large quality and newly decorated living room with a smart TV for your entertainment needs and a fully stocked kitchen with ceramic hotplate, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker Dolce Gusto (4 tabs incl.), refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, and utensils, etc., everything you need to prepare meals or store take out. The apartment has high-speed optic fiber internet connection which makes it a perfect place for remote workers and digital nomads. 2 sun loungers are available on the terrace.
